Menstrual Health & Awareness
Global Menstrual Hygiene Day on 29 May brought together 250 participants at SIWC, including 50 adolescents from four urban slums, fostering open dialogue on menstrual health. At Wipro Campus, 107 participants created 100 menstrual hygiene kits, while the colourful Raja Mahotsav reached 250 people with cultural activities promoting menstrual well-being.
Health & Nutrition
Health and Nutrition shows in four communities inspired healthier eating habits. A dedicated health camp addressed reproductive health and skin issues, while sunstroke awareness sessions reached over 80 adolescents and mothers. An exposure visit to the local PHC equipped 12 adolescents with first-hand knowledge of healthcare services.
Adolescent Leadership
With 61 new members, adolescent groups now total 360, with 110 taking up leadership roles—up from 76 last quarter.
Women’s Empowerment
Four domestic violence awareness drives reached 80+ women and adolescents, complemented by nine monthly women’s meetings covering safety, skills, and nutrition.
Inclusion & Disability Support
Through 88 home visits, 15 children and persons with disabilities received vital services, 11 secured UDID cards, and assistive devices—from wheelchairs to yoga mats—were distributed. Nutrition kits reached 50 beneficiaries.
Maternal & Child Health
Eighteen pregnant and 87 lactating women received regular follow-ups, ₹54,000 was disbursed under Mamata Yojana, and 100% institutional deliveries continued.
