Aaina is made up of a team of visionary members and young, energetic and hard-working field staff. We currently have over 60
full-time staff working across our projects, from village level workers and teachers to finance staff and project coordinators. Our qualified, experienced and extensively trained staff members have up-to-date knowledge in the fields of disability, women and children’s rights. We believe in a participatory decision-making process, gender equality and equal opportunity.
